About the assignment

For our client, we are currently looking for consultants for a part-time job from January to August. The employment is on call, and we are looking for someone available for at least 8-12 hours per week. These working hours are divided into 2-3 shifts of 4 hours each, with the possibility of more hours. The work is carried out on-site at the client's premises in Östersund.

Your tasks

We are looking for administrators because the number of cases in the client's email inbox for customer service has increased. In this role, you will handle the email inbox and, among other things, sort and distribute the various cases to the correct department around the country. In cases where the issues can be handled directly, some customer case management may also occur.

In addition, written inquiries may also be handled, where certain verification information needs to be provided.

Your qualifications

• Basic eligibility for higher education
• At least one year of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
