Your role with us

As a survey technician/surveying engineer within the Construction business area, you have an important role in the implementation of our projects. You will be involved in one or more projects, depending on their size and scope. In the early stages, you will be involved in the calculation work with a focus on BJB codes and quantity regulation. Upon allocation, you will support the site organizations in preparing documentation and materials for setting out and machine control.

In some cases, you will carry out your own setting out and surveying, and in some cases support site managers and site supervisors with their surveying work.

Handling of surveying, preparing documentation for relationships and quantity regulation are some of your common tasks.

You will have a great responsibility to manage your own time, and therefore there are high demands on your ability to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and be disciplined.

We see that you have

• We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a survey technician/surveying engineer in construction and a post-secondary education from university or vocational college.
• You are used to handling various surveying tools.
• You have extensive experience working in programs such as Bluebeam, AutoCad, Gemini, or similar programs.
• You possess good pedagogy as the results of your work need to be presented to the end customer.
• Knowledge of Office365.
• Driver's license B.
• Technical knowledge to handle department equipment, software, etc.
• Experience working on projects for the Swedish Transport Administration is a merit.

We are looking for someone with a burning interest in surveying and geodetic work. You are driven to continue developing, help your colleagues, and contribute to successful projects.

If you have good leadership qualities, there is an opportunity to eventually become the head surveyor as the department expands with more surveyors.

You will report directly to the construction manager and be a support function for several projects.

You possess good qualities in terms of collaboration and are used to working closely with production personnel.
