ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be a key person at the interface between factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. You will have the overall responsibility for ensuring good product availability and global customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will ensure that the order process is followed by both SCM and sales, internally and externally, where you will also perform approval procedures for the export of goods outside the EU and ensure that all rules related to these processes are followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and monitor deliveries and ensure that sales companies and distributors are provided with relevant delivery information
Responsible for order management and handling customer complaints and returns
Ensure that orders are processed efficiently and correctly
Coordinate and issue transport documentation and export goods in accordance with customs regulations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have a university degree in logistics or 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is required in the daily work with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Have good knowledge of the Office package
Have a good understanding of IT systems

Furthermore, it is meritorious if you:

Have previous experience in a sales or customer support environment
Have knowledge of commercial trading conditions and Incoterms
Have knowledge of SE VAT ACT and export
Have general knowledge of international customs codes

Other information: A temporary position for 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension)
