Your responsibilities

Are you a driven and solution-oriented individual with an interest in property management? Do you want to work in a role where you can combine technical expertise, financial responsibility, and relationship building? Then this might be the position for you!

As a property manager, you will have the overall responsibility for managing and developing our real estate portfolio. You ensure that operations and maintenance are carried out efficiently and sustainably according to our management philosophy and business goals. In close collaboration with colleagues and external partners, you lead projects of varying complexity, while also building long-term and trustworthy relationships with our tenants.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management of the properties.
• Establish and follow up on operational and maintenance plans, as well as initiate improvement projects.
• Lead projects in renovation, reconstruction, and energy efficiency.
• Budget, monitor finances, and provide basis for investment decisions.
• Manage lease agreements and ensure good communication with tenants.
• Collaborate with authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize the technical systems of the properties, including heating and ventilation.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education or a few years of experience in property management, preferably rental properties in a business-oriented organization. You have likely worked as a property manager, technical manager, operations manager, or project manager in the real estate industry. You are someone who enjoys planning and prioritizing your work independently, even in a dynamic environment where conditions may change.

Your approach is characterized by a solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Additionally, you have well-developed communication skills and are adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships, both internally and externally. We are fast and innovative, so it is important that you embrace change and want to develop the local real estate market with a strong business sense.
