You will work at FMLOG Supply, which procures, stores, maintains, and decommissions supplies for the Armed Forces. Logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability of all types of supplies throughout Sweden, which means that production, planning, and customer support are also important parts of our work.

What can we offer you?

The Procurement and UE Planning department works with customer support, needs and action planning for replacement units and spare parts. For spare parts, procurement to stock is also carried out. With the help of our support systems and knowledge of the material, we analyze the need for maintenance and procurement.

Main responsibilities

Within the assigned area of responsibility as a UE administrator, you will work with various issues that create effective supply and management of replacement units and spare parts. Daily dialogue occurs with clients, customers, and suppliers. Technical preparations and needs assessments are also part of the job. The position requires the ability to plan and lead meetings, coordinate feedback, and identify improvement measures.

On-call duty is included in the position.

Travel occurs in the position, primarily domestically but may also occur internationally.

Qualifications

• You have completed a high school education, preferably with a technical focus, or other education and/or experience that the employer can assess as equivalent
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good knowledge of PRIO and/or LIFT
• Good knowledge of the FENIX system
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience with the UEF system
• Work experience in technical issues and/or logistics
• Experience from previous work within the Armed Forces
• Work within Army material

Personal qualities

To fit the requirements of the position, you must be meticulous and methodical, solving challenges in a creative and relevant way.

You must thrive under occasional high work pressure and be able to handle work under stress. You take initiative and personal responsibility.

You are comfortable working independently but also have an easy time collaborating with others, and you understand the importance of communication at all levels, both internally and externally. We want you to contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup, show consideration, and be cooperative.
