Your Role

As a special education teacher at Kyrkskolan, you will:

• Be a key person in our promoting and preventive work within student health.
• Collaborate with teachers in grades F-6 to plan and build adapted learning environments, additional adaptations, and special support.
• Teach and support students who need your specialist competence, both individually and in smaller groups.
• Work with mapping at the individual and group level and drive pedagogical investigation work.
• Analyze results in connection with student health work to develop effective pedagogical interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified special education teacher with several years of experience working in grades F-6.
• Has a salutogenic approach, is solution-focused, and is passionate about creating conditions for all students to succeed.
• Is familiar with documentation in Prorenata and has experience with mapping, additional adaptations, and pedagogical investigations.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked with Legilexi as a tool.
• Has an easy time planning, organizing, and building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Is familiar with the school's governing documents and is enthusiastic about participating in the interdisciplinary approach to student health.
