John Mattson is now looking for an engaged and communicative person who thrives in a role where customer service is the focus. Do you enjoy fast-paced workdays with varied tasks where you play an important role in a strong and secure customer service team? Are you looking for a role where you can provide service via phone, digital channels, and in-person visits? Then you might be the customer service representative we are looking for! John Mattson is currently in a development phase and is seeking a customer service representative for the management team in Lidingö who is passionate about providing excellent service to their tenants and partners, as well as internally since the role involves a lot of coordination in customer service. The role includes staffing the customer service reception and phone, digital communication with tenants, and key management.

Job responsibilities
- Provide information and service to tenants via phone and digital channels such as email and chat
- Staffing the reception
- Key management primarily for contractors and tenants but also internally for property technicians
- Support for the customer hosts within the customer service team regarding various administrative tasks
- Contribute to the optimization of existing processes within customer service
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed secondary education
- Has at least two years of work experience in a similar role involving customer service, reception, switchboard, or similar
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
- Has a positive attitude, is collaborative, and loves to provide good service
- Is meticulous, responsible, and has good organizational skills
- Can handle periods of high workload and work under pressure when many things are happening simultaneously
- Is driven and enjoys collaborating, taking initiative, and solving problems
It is a merit if you have
- Work experience in similar tasks within the real estate industry, especially in residential and rental properties
- Experience with digital key management systems
- Experience in staffing chat and other customer care systems

This is a full-time consulting assignment for 6 months with a good chance of extension. You will be hired through us at Arena Personal.
