The Adult Psychiatric Reception Södergatan is aimed at individuals with issues within the general psychiatry's area of responsibility, and we work based on Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT). The reception is located in central Helsingborg, but our catchment area is all of northwestern Skåne. We are where the patient, or as we say, the participant, is!

Our working method is person-centered and recovery-oriented. In total, we have 12 employees at the reception, consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, work specialists, and peer support. Coordinators are also connected to the reception in each of our ten municipalities to facilitate coordination between the region and the municipality. We are one of Sweden's first receptions to implement the FACT method in Swedish general psychiatry and have a close collaboration with a research group that follows our work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Adult Psychiatric Reception, focusing on recovery and flexible care, is looking for a nurse! Your daily work includes, among other things, stabilizing conversations, joint assessments with doctors, and contact with relatives in your tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in psychiatric care and knowledge of the Melior journal system. Additionally, it is also advantageous if you have specialist training in psychiatry or further training in CBT.

We would like you to be someone who finds psychiatry enjoyable and has a strong commitment to your work as well as an ability to understand each participant's unique needs. As a person, you have good self-awareness and the ability to work independently. You see and take responsibility within the framework of your tasks, your mission, and your profession. Since we work in teams, it is also important that you have the ability to collaborate and coordinate various tasks. We place great importance on personal suitability.
