In this role, you will:Recruitment: Actively recruit and network to find the best IT consultants. You lead the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including meetings, interviews, and reference checks, to present the right candidates to our clients and partners.

Networking: Participate in meetings with senior IT specialists to establish and strengthen relationships.

Client Relationships: Responsible for developing and nurturing long-term client relationships. You work on prospecting, appointment setting, and sales to create new business and secure partnerships.

Personnel Management: Take care of the consultants through frequent follow-ups to ensure their well-being and development – for both the consultant's and your own leadership's sake.

Building Relationships: Organize activities and initiatives that promote community and strong relationships at the individual, team, and company levels.

Matching and Follow-up: Match consultants with the right assignments and ensure that the assignments run smoothly from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who meets the following:You find it easy to establish new contacts as well as maintain existing client relationships. You will have the ultimate responsibility for the business as well as the personnel responsibility for your consultants working with our clients in both the public and private sectors.

• Have experience in sales &recruitment from the IT consulting/staffing industry.
• Have post-secondary education and a strong drive to take it to the next level.
• Are curious, engaged, and have a natural interest in people and relationships.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
