As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products, e.g., confectionery (loose and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-exposing when necessary
• Ordering products and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and possibly visiting multiple stores in a day

In this role, freedom under responsibility is important - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer weeks 26 and 27. The position is around 22h/week. In addition, the assignment continues weeks 29, 30, and 31 for about 8h/week.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in the grocery trade and enjoy a physically active job
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Are an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (meritorious)

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in a store or within the grocery trade
