About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Your role as an HR Partner within the Health and Care Administration is close to the operations where you provide qualified support in all HR processes, both operational and strategic, by listening, learning, and leading.

You create conditions for managers to grow and for operations to develop. With an attentive ear to the operations, you capture needs and find viable paths and partners.

We work proactively and are strategic partners to managers and management teams within the administration in HR processes. We are involved in driving, implementing, and following up on all these processes. Furthermore, the role includes operational support and collaboration with managers to ensure the success of the operations. We value a coaching approach in our dialogues with all our partners. All HR partners also actively contribute HR expertise in change work and participate in municipal development projects and networks within HR. Our working method is characterized by collaboration and networking in various constellations. Together, we contribute to the development of the administration and our HR processes.

The assignment is a temporary position from June 2025 to February 2026 with the possibility of extension.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education in HR, or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have some years of experience in broad operational as well as strategic HR work. If you have previously worked with HR issues within health and care services, it is an advantage. Through a proactive and coaching approach and strong communication skills, you drive change in a humble and pedagogical manner. You are attentive and capture needs. With courage, creativity, and good collaboration skills, you contribute to development.

You find it easy to build relationships and enjoy networking and having many collaborative areas. You are curious and engaged and have good communication skills in the Swedish language.

About the Workplace

We are a unified department for HR and communication. In total, we are 25 people with specialist competence in HR, communication, and recruitment. The department's vision is that the HR and communication perspective should be a natural part of all processes and decisions, thereby contributing to older people and individuals with disabilities being able to live an active, social, and meaningful life on their terms.

The HR team of the department, led by a unit manager, consists of 7 HR partners, 1 HR administrator, and 1 rehabilitation coordinator. Within the department, there is also a negotiator who provides support. What distinguishes us is a collaborative spirit without prestige. We help and support each other in our mission to deliver the best operational support in competence supply, work environment and health, labor law, wage formation, employment, working hours, and collaboration.

Our premises are centrally located by the train station in Lund. In this recruitment, we conduct ongoing selection and interviews. We look forward to your application!

Within the Health and Care Administration, approximately 3,400 employees work to ensure that older people and individuals with disabilities can live an active, social, and meaningful life on their terms.
