About the role

In the role of Finance Assistant, you will work broadly within accounts payable for five companies within the group. Your tasks include:

• Handling supplier invoices in Unit4 / Agresso
• Follow-up on invoices that have not been approved
• Reconciliation against purchase orders
• Management of VAT and invoice flows
• Contact with both internal buyers and external suppliers
• Participation in monthly closings, including account reconciliations
• Support in reporting and financial analyses

We are looking for someone who is…

• Independent and meticulous
• Experienced in accounts payable
• Familiar with Unit4 / Agresso

Solid experience from larger organizations with over 200 employees and a substantial invoice flow exceeding 30,000 supplier invoices per year. Used to managing and further developing automated processes, with high digital maturity and strong IT skills.

Meritorious: Experience in developing administrative processes and order matching/purchase orders.

Assignment details

• Start: May 5, 2025
• End: October 31, 2025 (option for extension until December)
• Location: Approximately 60% on-site in Lund, the rest remote if desired
• Scope: Full-time
• Price: Hourly rate (travel and travel time are not reimbursed)
