We are looking for an advertising salesperson for our new office in Lund, centrally located on Lilla Fiskaregatan. You will work with advertising sales to varying degrees for our magazines Vd-tidningen, Miljö & Utveckling, Kvalitetsmagasinet, and Techtidningen.

The sales for the different brands consist of offering a range of complex products for events, print, and digital solutions. Your job will be to sell solutions and package them in a way that helps the customer make better business.

About the role

As an advertising salesperson, it is important that you are customer-oriented and passionate about interacting with customers and making deals. You will create new customer contacts, maintain, and further develop existing business relationships. You have your own budget responsibility and combine both long-term and short-term sales cycles. You enjoy working proactively and outreach and can quickly understand the customer's business and its needs.

Your main tasks include:

– Prospecting and market monitoring where you identify new business opportunities.

– Building relationships through physical and digital customer meetings.

– Driving and owning the entire sales process.

– Selling ads and exhibition spaces in various formats.

About you

To have the best possible conditions for success, you need to be a positive, structured, ambitious, and driven person with a strong interest in creating and developing long-term business.

We are looking for someone with financial understanding, experience in sales and customer relations, who is used to working independently, has high activity, and is goal-oriented.

We seek someone with good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written. If you have worked with media sales, that is a plus but not a requirement; we place great importance on personal qualities.
