As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-friendly manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products, e.g., confectionery (loose and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-displaying as needed
• Ordering products and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in stores and possibly visiting several stores in one day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer weeks 26, 30, and 31. The position is approximately 10 hours/week.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physically active work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments throughout the workday
• Are an early riser - we start workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be visiting stores in Töcksfors and Årjäng

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in retail or in the grocery sector
