Responsibilities

As an Android Developer with us, you will:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Android apps with a focus on stability, performance, and user experience.
• Work with modern technologies such as Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android Architecture Components.
• Integrate apps with backend services through REST APIs or other integration solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, test-driven development, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to create scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of documented experience in Android development.
• Good knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Git, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of design patterns and best practices in mobile development.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with test automation, UI testing, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in finance, insurance, or e-commerce with high demands on security and availability.
• Insight into UX/UI design and accessibility issues.
