Lantmäteriet is looking for an administrator for the review function

You can also provide service to our customers and release information in a legally secure manner. Your work lays the foundation for a functioning credit and property market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for employees for an additional review function that will be established in September 2025. As an administrator in the review function, you will work in a role whose main task is confidentiality assessment and the release of public documents, as well as other related tasks concerning this handling. As an administrator in the review function, you will handle incoming requests to access public documents or to obtain information from public documents from Lantmäteriet's archives and case management systems. Since such a request must be assessed based on confidentiality, it is also part of your responsibilities to conduct such assessments according to applicable regulations. In some cases, you will also respond to customer inquiries regarding the release of documents.
The place of employment is Gävle, and based on the nature of the tasks, the work will be conducted on-site at the office.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with previous work experience in administration or investigation and an educational background with at least a high school diploma. To succeed in this role, good computer skills and experience working with various IT systems are required. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have previous work experience from government operations and have experience working with confidentiality assessments under the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act and/or the release of public documents. It is also advantageous if you have a post-secondary education focused on administrative law, property law, or other legal fields relevant to the work.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are structured, meticulous, and work according to a clear process. You also have the ability to organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines. The tasks also require that you are resilient, self-driven, and able to handle stress constructively.
The position is security classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security clearance will be conducted before employment.
When filling this position, a probationary period will be applied. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period.
