In the role of Parts and Warehouse Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring that our parts operations run efficiently, both internally and externally. You will drive purchasing, inventory management, and sales of parts, with the goal of always having the right products available and ensuring that the operations are profitable and well-organized. An important part of the role is to actively work to increase sales to external customers, transport companies, and workshops with a focus on long-term growth.

You will work closely with the workshop to ensure the correct flow of parts in daily operations and be responsible for keeping the inventory updated, accurate, and containing relevant and viable items. The role also includes procurement responsibility and the development of our external business relationships in consultation with the CEO.

Alongside the operational responsibilities, you will drive the business – from order to delivery – and ensure that the parts inventory achieves the right turnover rate and margin targets. You will also play an important role in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to increased efficiency in the entire aftermarket flow.

You will report to the CEO and work on-site in Köping.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with experience in heavy vehicles, construction machinery, or the transport industry. As a person, you are business-minded, structured, and have a solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, collaborate with others, and develop both routines and the business over time.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in parts management and warehouse operations
• Experience with administrative work and working in business systems
• Worked in roles where you have taken personal responsibility for your tasks and driven your work forward in a structured and independent manner
