About the Company

Emploid has been tasked with finding a Customer Manager for an established and growing company in the sun protection solutions sector. They are now expanding their presence in the Stockholm region and are looking for someone who wants to join them on this journey. More information about the company will be provided during a phone interview.

The position is initially a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at Emploid, with very good opportunities for permanent employment thereafter.

About the Role

As a Customer Manager, you will work closely with the company's customers in Stockholm and surrounding areas. You will be on-site to measure, map needs, and provide advice regarding functionality, materials, and solutions for the company's products. Based on the customer's wishes, drawings, and your insights, you will prepare documentation for quotes and manufacturing. You will have an independent role with a lot of customer contact and fieldwork, while also receiving solid support from the headquarters where production and administration are centralized.

More concretely, the position includes:

- Booking and conducting customer visits

- Performing measurements and gathering documentation

- Providing advice on materials, functionality, and solutions

- Compiling documentation for quotes and orders

- Representing the company with a professional and service-oriented approach

As you will be handling a geographical area stretching from Norrköping in the south to Uppsala in the north, you will spend two to three days a week traveling, with overnight stays possible.

About You

To thrive and succeed in the role of Customer Manager, we believe you are someone who enjoys the combination of practical work, customer contact, and independent responsibility. You like to be on the go, take responsibility for your assignments from start to finish, and meet new people in various environments.

You have a good sense of color and form but are also meticulous and methodical in your way of working. You know that it is the details that make the difference – both in measurements and in customer interactions.

You are not afraid to ask questions when you are unsure, and you have a solution-oriented mindset. When something goes wrong, you do not shrug it off – you engage. It is also important that you can plan your own workday, are comfortable working independently, and that you find it easy to build trust in customer meetings.

For the position, the following is required:

- Previous experience working with customers, e.g., in assembly, measurement, installation, or other types of technical consulting

- A sense of color, form, and functionality

- A valid driver's license (B)

- Fluent Swedish language skills

- Completed secondary education

The following is meritorious:

- Previous experience in industries such as textiles, sun protection, construction, interior design, or equivalent

Working hours: weekdays 08:00-16:30
