The Viktor Rydberg Foundation Schools operate seven schools in the Stockholm area and show very good results with many applicants. The schools have over 4170 students, 450 employees, and a turnover of over 440 million SEK.

We are now looking for an HR Generalist for the head office at Frejgatan 30. The position is permanent and is 80-100%. Start date in August or by agreement.

The head office currently consists of 10 people. You will work closely with colleagues at the head office and with staff at the schools.

We are looking for someone who wants a varied job with great opportunities for personal development. In your role as an HR Generalist, you will work with everything related to HR and have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. This includes, among other things:

• Handling the first step in recruitment
• Acting as a key person in administrative HR and employment-related issues, as well as providing support to the organization and management
• Supporting during long-term sick leaves and rehabilitation
• Managing negotiation processes during changes and collaborating with employer organizations and unions
• Developing and improving routines and processes
• Common office tasks

We are looking for someone who has:

• a post-secondary education in HR/Human Resources.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with HR and have good knowledge of labor law, laws, and agreements related to salary and HR.

• You find it easy to work in a structured and meticulous manner without losing the overall perspective.
