ABOUT THE POSITION

Zoho is a rapidly growing suite of cloud-based business applications used by companies worldwide – and the user base is growing quickly in Sweden as well. As an authorized Zoho partner, Addima sees an increasing demand for Swedish support, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises.

Addima is now embarking on an exciting initiative to launch a new service: First Line Support for Swedish Zoho users. This is a unique opportunity for you to be involved from the start and contribute to building a new support function from the ground up – with the chance to influence workflows, routines, and customer experience. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more and develop within a world-leading cloud service, gaining insight into how modern digital tools are used in real customer projects.

In the role of First Line Support part-time, you will respond to user inquiries via email in a ticketing system, categorize and document cases, provide support in simpler troubleshooting and user questions, and escalate more complex cases to the right person or team. Experience with AI and prompting ChatGPT is an important part of the role.

You will work entirely remotely and are responsible for ensuring that the work gets done and that customers receive the best possible service. The assignment initially spans 3 months with a chance for extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Respond to user inquiries via email in a ticketing system
Categorize and document cases
Provide support in simpler troubleshooting and user questions
Update FAQs and write simple user guides as needed
Escalate more complex cases to the right person or team (2nd line support)
Experience with AI and prompting ChatGPT

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is currently enrolled in a university/college program in IT, systems science, economics, or similar with at least 1 year left of your studies
Has excellent computer skills and a strong interest in technology
Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Is communicative and pedagogical – you enjoy explaining things to others in an educational way

It is a plus if you have:

Previous experience in support or customer service
Familiarity with Zoho One or specific Zoho apps
Experience working in a ticketing system
Interest in business systems, CRM, or SaaS solutions
