We are looking for a residential supervisor for our school – a unique opportunity to make a real difference in young people's lives.

As a residential supervisor with us, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and developmental living environment for our students.

The role requires strong and present adult leadership, a pedagogical approach, and the ability to combine structure with warmth and engagement.

Your mission

You will lead the daily operations of the residence and be responsible for both the daily work and long-term development. This includes:

• Building a safe, engaging, and study-friendly environment where students thrive and develop
• 
  
• Actively working with the school's core values to shape a culture characterized by respect, equality, and accountability
• 
  
• Promoting a residential culture where all students can have a voice and feel a sense of belonging, regardless of background or age
• 
  
• Maintaining close contact with students, guardians, teachers, and the student health team.
• 
  
• Planning and organizing activities that strengthen safety and values in the residence
• 
  
• Being responsible for the residence's budget, routines, and documentation

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working with youth – professionally or voluntarily – who is comfortable in a leadership role. You are a clear, warm, and present adult that students can trust.

You have:

• Leadership experience and the ability to take responsibility
• 
  
• The ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically - you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• 
  
• An interest in youth's leisure activities and a desire to be involved in their development
• 
  
• Structured and good administrative skills
• 
  
• A valid driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications include academic education in pedagogy, behavioral science, social work, or equivalent, as well as experience leading change initiatives.
