Hennickehammar Manor is beautifully nestled in the forests of Värmland. Right next to the manor, which has roots dating back to the early 1700s, there is also a lovely small tarn.

The manor has become a highly appreciated place for weddings, conferences, and weekend stays in a truly enchanting and scenic environment.

We are now looking for a Head Chef to join our team at Hennickehammar.

Hennickehammar Manor is deeply embedded in the forests of Värmland, stunningly beautiful!

Our kitchen offers delightful menu compositions where flavor and ingredients always follow the seasons. Our dining room accommodates up to 100 guests, and we work with both lunch service and à la carte.

We are looking for a Head Chef, preferably with at least three years of documented professional experience, who wants to help develop and put their stamp on the food. You are a positive person with the ability to see both the details and the whole picture in the operation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a burning passion for cooking
• Is responsible and meticulous.
• Is humble and a team player
• Has a B driver's license and access to a car

Immediate employment, full-time permanent position & salary according to agreement.
