Electrical Technician Wanted for Versatile Contract Manufacturer!

About the Position

As an electrical technician, you will work in a central role within the maintenance department, where you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring high technical availability in our machinery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and addressing urgent issues.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Participation in improvement projects for existing machines and during new installations.
• Electrical safety responsibility, which requires certification as an electrical safety leader.
• Operation and monitoring of production systems.
• Documentation of maintenance activities and completion of work orders.

You will also be an important part of the management team and have the opportunity to influence the future development of the department, including participating in the recruitment of new employees.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school education in electricity/automation or equivalent.
• Has experience in similar tasks, which is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Is stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoys both independent work and teamwork.
• Has an innovative mindset and a strong interest in contributing to continuous improvements.
• Is service-oriented and understands the importance of good business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the machinery has high technical availability.
• Participate in and develop preventive maintenance as well as operator-driven maintenance.
• Contribute to improvement work and implementation of new solutions.
• Plan and carry out maintenance in line with the business's needs and goals.

Employment Conditions

• The position is a permanent employment during daytime hours, with start date to be agreed upon.
