With us, you make a difference

As a CRM Developer, you will be an important part of Riksbyggen's ongoing digital journey. You will work closely with the business to develop, customize, and maintain the company's CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires both technical skills and a good understanding of business processes.

The IT team currently consists of both internal resources and consultants. For this role, we are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and confident in taking their own initiatives.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions in Dynamics 365
• Ensure a seamless flow of information by customizing and integrating IT systems with other business systems
• Requirements analysis and solution design together with the business
• System management and documentation
• Participation in development projects and handover to management
• Work according to agile methodologies (SAFe)

You contribute with your expertise and engagement

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in IT, system science, or equivalent – or has built up equivalent skills through work experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate
• Familiarity with working with APIs, Azure DevOps pipelines, and system integration
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience from the construction and real estate industry is a plus
• Experience working in larger, complex IT environments

• You are analytical, structured, and enjoy solving problems that make a difference.
