At the Endoscopic Center, we perform gastroscopies, colonoscopies, bronchoscopy, ERCP, and EUS. Our patients are both adults and children, coming from both inpatient and outpatient care. The Endoscopic Center also has a recovery unit staffed by our employees, where our patients who have received anesthesia lie and wake up after the procedure.

Job Description

The position primarily involves assisting the endoscopist during procedures and staffing our recovery unit. Being an assistant is an independent job while working very closely with the team and the endoscopist. Endoscopic operations are constantly evolving, which means continuous professional development. We are very supportive if you are interested in further education and research. We place great importance on developing our operations through our employees. Therefore, your tasks include working on improvements from idea to implementation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is humble, has the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation, and has a respectful approach. You are also interested in contributing your knowledge and enthusiasm, take your own initiatives, and see opportunities for development within the organization. You combine independent work with a good ability to collaborate. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You set and adhere to deadlines.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Competence Requirements

• Licensed nurse.
• Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1.

It is an advantage to have previously worked in endoscopic operations.
