About Dalregiment
The Swedish Armed Forces defend Sweden, the country's interests, our freedom, and our right to live as we choose. The establishment of Dalregiment is part of building the Swedish defense capability. Until the regiment is developed to full capacity, including a new regimental area, the operations will be characterized by continuous development and change. Working methods will change over time to adapt to the growing organization and its operations.
About the Infantry Battalion
The Infantry Battalion trains and develops the infantry. The battalion is organized to promote quality, professionalism, and skills development. Today, the battalion is responsible for basic training, security service, and the Falu shooting range, making the operations broad and diverse. The battalion works according to a clear vision regarding both organization and working methods.
Main Responsibilities
As a training adjutant, you will work in a team that strives to create the best possible conditions for our conscripts and training officers. The tasks are characterized by the conscripts' training years, which means careful and long-term planning to align the tasks with legal requirements and the routines that exist within the unit. This means that you will primarily administer travel and reimbursements for our conscripts. You will also provide administrative support to the battalion, such as various types of orders, mail handling, and other recurring administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
- Driver's license B
Meritorious
- Experience of administrative work within a government agency/public sector
- Conscription or basic military training
- Experience with systems in an SAP environment
- Training and/or experience as a training adjutant
- Knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' organization and operations

To thrive in the role of training adjutant, you are service-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and flexible. You are expected to be self-sufficient and able to handle multiple tasks, sometimes under time pressure. You enjoy structuring and driving work independently while also enjoying collaborating with others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Additional Information
Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours: Full-time.
Working time: 40 hours/week, daytime Monday to Friday with flexible working hours agreement. Work may be scheduled outside regular working hours.
Work location: Falun, but business trips may occur.
Estimated start date: By agreement.
Salary: Individual salary setting applies within the framework of the Swedish Armed Forces' salary policy.

Dalregiment is one of the Swedish Armed Forces' newly re-established units with roots dating back to 1625. The regiment was re-established in 2021 following a decision by the parliament. Our operations are based in Falun, and we will contribute to the training of soldiers who will build the future infantry units/Army.

Employment with us means placement in a security class. Typically, Swedish citizenship is required. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted prior to employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
