Responsibilities

As a sales leader, you will lead and distribute the daily work for the sales team, which currently consists of two salespeople. You will coach and follow up with the salespeople, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage our sales process while driving your own sales. Together with the sales manager for Avesta and Ludvika, you will administer and develop the business to the next level.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education, preferably in trade, administration, or service. You have several years of experience in relationship-based sales where you have demonstrated good results. If you have held a leadership role and/or have experience in telemarketing, it is an advantage, but not a requirement; the important thing is that you have a strong interest in coaching leadership and sales. You can express yourself fluently in speech and writing, have an easy time absorbing information and systems, and hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are driven, engaged, and have a strong customer focus along with a strong sense of business benefit. You find it easy to motivate others and thereby help your team develop towards set goals.
