About the company

Cramers Blommor is a family-owned business founded in 1959. Their Garden Center in Hillared offers a complete range of flowers, garden plants, cut flowers, pond accessories, tools, and other accessories for home and garden. The Garden Center is open every day of the week and is now seeking reinforcement for its seasonal plants department for the 2025 season.

What does the role offer?

In this role, you will cultivate seasonal plants and be involved in the entire process, from sowing seeds to mature plants. You will monitor plant growth, prevent pests and diseases, and be responsible for watering and care tailored to the plants' needs and current weather conditions. The role also includes customer service, where you will provide advice on plant selection, cultivation, and care, as well as answer questions about pest control. In addition, you will handle goods reception and warehouse work to quickly place plants for sale or storage. You will also contribute to creating inspiring environments and displays that showcase the season's plants in an attractive way.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a great interest and practical experience in plants and cultivation. If you also have any form of education in plant knowledge, gardening, or horticulture, this is an additional merit. Previous experience in customer service in retail is also valuable. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are responsible, service-oriented, and can engage with customers. You should be able to provide advice and solutions based on their needs, be flexible, and enjoy collaborating in a team as you will support other departments when needed.
