We are currently looking for a systems engineer who wants to work with cutting-edge technology at our client's office in Karlstad or Karlskoga. Our partner is a leading product company in the defense industry, operating in many technical areas for people's safety in society.

You will belong to a department with 13 colleagues who hold the same role as you. As a systems engineer, you will navigate through many technical areas, which requires broad technical knowledge, understanding, and the ability to communicate it.

In your role, you will ensure that the products meet the requirements and expectations from clients. You will do this by driving the technical work throughout the entire development process, which consists of the following parts:

• Requirements gathering
• System architecture
• System design
• Writing specifications
• Evaluation of concepts and system solutions
• Validation and testing of the final product

We believe you have several years of experience in product development with a background as a master's/bachelor's engineer in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, mathematics, chemical engineering, or Machine Learning/AI. 

As a person, you need to be communicative, proactive, and have a helicopter perspective throughout the entire development process to ensure the best possible delivery.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Karlstad or Karlskoga 

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations, and the position requires Swedish citizenship.
