About the Job
The unit is new within the department for services and accessibility. Digg's operations are in a rapid growth phase, which has led to the need to create a dedicated unit for the team working with digital accessibility. The unit is responsible for the review and supervision of digital public services and promotes that information and services should be accessible to everyone regardless of ability. The operations require close collaboration with other authorities and organizations. As a unit manager with us, you will have a shared mission between leading the unit and working on business development to enhance processes and working methods as well as digital tools that support the unit's work.
As a Unit Manager, you will:
- lead and create conditions for your employees
- be responsible for goals, plans, and follow-up within your operations, as well as having operational and budget responsibility
- have personnel and work environment responsibility for your employees
- collaborate with managers and employees throughout the authority as many tasks are carried out cross-functionally
- lead change and development work within the unit
- represent the unit in external contexts
As a Business Developer, you will:
- investigate and analyze development needs and drive and participate in management and development initiatives
- conduct needs capture
- work on establishing and improving internal processes and actively collaborate in the work with development teams
- cooperate with other authorities and private actors
- work on the development of working methods within the team
About You

- Several years of experience leading people and cross-functional groups either as a manager or in assignments/projects
- Experience working with strategies, goals, plans, and follow-up

- Experience working within a politically governed organization
Meritorious
- Experience working with digital accessibility, i.e., ensuring that no one is hindered from accessing digital public services such as services and information on websites and applications
- Experience working with government assignments or equivalent
- Experience in review work
- Experience creating well-functioning collaborations and cooperation both internally and externally
- Experience in supervisory work
- Experience in business development
- Experience in legal work
Education
You have an academic education of at least three years or other experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
About Digg
Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that help other public actors in their digitization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to everyone.
Possible Organizational Change
To strengthen the digitization efforts, the government has tasked Digg and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) to propose how our two authorities could merge into one. The report was submitted to the government on March 14, and we are now awaiting a decision on whether an organizational change will be implemented. Our work to digitize Sweden continues, and we hope you want to be part of the journey.
Reporting on the Assignment to Propose Organizational Change

Digg's headquarters is located in central Sundsvall in modern activity-based premises. We also have a smaller and modern office in central Stockholm. We are positively inclined to provide space for remote work based on the needs of the organization and the individual, but it is expected that you will be in the office at least one day a week and when work requires it. The extent of remote work varies among different individuals based on the needs of the organization.

- permanent employment with a start date by agreement, the employment begins with a six-month probationary period
