Job Description

We are looking for more construction/project managers in Buildings/Properties for our offices in Jämtland, Medelpad, Västerbotten, and Norrbotten! With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where we value collaboration and professional development.

As a construction/project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up on projects during the various stages of the construction process. We are also seeking expertise in areas such as Construction Inspection, KA, and more.

You will coordinate several different components that span many areas of expertise and steer the collective work towards the project's overall goals. In our assignments, we work in teams where junior consultants collaborate with more experienced colleagues to develop together.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in construction/project management within hospitals, swimming pools, residential buildings, commercial properties, or similar.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong interest in project management and a desire to develop in exciting projects.
• Previous experience from consulting firms or contractors in the industry is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Engaged team player with a high level of ambition and interest in development.
• Results-oriented with a keen eye for business.
