About the role

As a site manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in our projects and ensure that the work is carried out according to plan, with high quality and good working conditions. You work closely with the project manager and construction manager and collaborate with estimating and purchasing to ensure that the projects are delivered in a sustainable and profitable manner.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive projects with budget and personnel from start to finish in collaboration with the project manager and construction manager.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and distribute work in the projects and assist with materials and resources.
• Establish production schedules, order materials, and manage supplier invoices.
• Follow up and report on project status and manage changes and deviation reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Participate in safety rounds, identify shortcomings in the work environment, and hold follow-up meetings.
