We are making significant investments in testing and are therefore looking for an experienced test leader who is interested in continuing to develop through advanced and fun assignments. What does the role look like?

At our clients, you will plan the testing work and write test plans, prioritize, staff the testing assignment, and follow up and improve the testing process. You will also coordinate the testing work and be responsible for follow-up within the team.

Together with your colleagues at Nexer, you will share knowledge, build competence, and take on significant challenges. Building and sharing expertise is important to us, and attending courses and obtaining certifications is always encouraged.

To fit this role, you have:

• Experience in leading and being responsible for larger or smaller testing projects. You have several years of experience in test strategy, test reporting, test documentation, and planning.
• Understanding, knowledge, and above all curiosity about various testing tools and methods, as well as how they can be used effectively.
• Knowledge of how testing needs to be conducted in various sub-areas such as integration testing, performance testing, mobile application testing, usability testing, and more.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

It is also a merit if you have:

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Foundation and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.
