Job responsibilities

As a technical assembler at Trepak International AB, you will primarily work with the assembly, testing, and commissioning of their machines. You will also participate in modifying components, welding, and manufacturing parts for development projects.

If necessary, you will perform installation, service, and maintenance at their customers' sites, which may involve travel, approximately 20 days per year. The travels may include shorter assignments, for example, 1–3 days in Norway, where you will install and commission machines.

Within production, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and contribute both operationally and by driving improvements in production and development.

• Assembly, testing, and commissioning of machines
• Modification of components and simple welding
• Manufacturing of parts for development projects
• Installation, service, and maintenance at their customers' sites as needed
• Travel for installations and service assignments
• Collaboration with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements in production and development

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Technical high school education and/or post-secondary education in mechanics or electrical engineering
• The position requires a valid driver's license (B)
• Experience in technically/mechanically qualified work within the packaging and/or process industry is highly desirable
• Experience in assembly and welding is advantageous
• A strong and genuine technical interest
