About the position We are now looking for a driven construction coordinator for our client in Johanneshov, Stockholm. You will play an important role in their ongoing rooftop park project and contribute to developing green and sustainable solutions in urban environments. We are looking for someone who can start immediately in a role where your structure and experience will make a difference from day one.

Your future tasks In the role of construction coordinator, you will have a broad area of responsibility within the administrative and financial aspects of the projects. You will serve as an important link between the site organization and the office, focusing on order and clarity in every phase of the projects.

• Cost estimation and quotation work
• Management of documentation and contracts
• Price inquiries to suppliers
• Support in matters related to KMA (Quality, Environment, Work Environment)
• Financial follow-up and handling of changes
• Working in Bluebeam for drawing management and project documentation

We are looking for someone who Has experience in construction projects and good administrative skills. You have previously worked in Bluebeam and are familiar with processes related to cost estimation, changes, and document management. Knowledge of KMA is also valuable. As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and have an easy time collaborating. You thrive in a role with many contact points and appreciate order and clarity.
