About the job as a regional pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a regional pharmacist at Apotek Hjärtat, you will have a dynamic and varied workday. You will work flexibly at different pharmacies within the Skåne east and Blekinge region, giving you a unique opportunity to get to know both our operations and your colleagues throughout the region.

In the role of a mobile pharmacist, you will be a key resource and support pharmacies where your expertise is needed the most. By working at different pharmacies, you will gain a deeper understanding of both the specific needs of the pharmacies and the unique demands of addressing customers' health-related questions. Your tasks include advising and selling prescription medications as well as self-care products, where you have the opportunity to make a difference in customers' lives and contribute to the pharmacies' success. The tasks may vary depending on the current pharmacy's needs, which requires your flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and workflows.

Since you will be working at several pharmacies within the region, this means you also need to be prepared to handle geographical distances and flexibly plan your workdays to meet local needs.

As a mobile pharmacist resource, a salary supplement is offered in addition to the base salary. Since the position is mobile, your place of work is also flexible, and you will have the opportunity to influence your workplace.

The position is a permanent full-time employment or as agreed, and a probationary period may apply. The start date for the position will be agreed upon.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have worked for a few years as a pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat.

• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.

• You are flexible when it comes to getting involved in new workgroups at a new pharmacy and can handle different tasks depending on the current needs of the pharmacies.

• As a person, you are positive, engaged, and enjoy simple and new solutions in your everyday life. You are passionate about your work as a pharmacist!

It is an advantage if you have previously worked at several different pharmacies in terms of size and format.
