Din Psykolog is a growing digital psychology clinic with the vision of providing accessible and high-quality psychological treatment as part of primary care. We have helped thousands of people across Sweden feel better, thanks to our fantastic psychologists.

About the Role

As a psychologist with us, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide psychological treatment via internet-based CBT (ICBT) and online video calls.
• Treat clients with mild to moderate mental health issues within primary care.
• Participate in regular meetings and activities with your psychologist colleagues, including:
• External supervision with experienced CBT supervisors
• ICBT meetings
• Workshops to develop new tools and treatment methods

What We Offer

• Work from Anywhere: All work is done remotely online, giving you the freedom to work from home or any other preferred location.
• Flexible Working Hours: You set your own schedule and work when it suits you (minimum 10 hours per week, with a gradual increase for a good start). Half of the working hours are expected to be in the evenings and weekends.
• Minimal Administration: Thanks to our digital platform, extensive resource bank, and fantastic tech team, you can focus more on meaningful treatment work and less on administration.
• Support and Community: You will be part of a fantastic psychology team with support from colleagues and chief psychologists when you need it. Your immediate supervisor is also a psychologist, and together with technical support, you will receive quick assistance when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Are a licensed psychologist with basic psychotherapy training in CBT (Step 1).
• Have at least one year of experience in psychological treatment.
• Are registered in Sweden.
