HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden. Today, over a million people – singles, couples, and families – live in HSB's 26,708 rental apartments and 346,381 condominium apartments. HSB also offers Sweden's largest housing savings program, which provides priority access to a home.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 250 skilled employees who now need reinforcement; we are hiring another team leader for our property staff in Gävle.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your tasks will include, as one of two team leaders, being responsible for our technical management in Gävle. You will be responsible for developing the technical operations in a businesslike and customer-oriented manner in accordance with our goals. Economic and quality monitoring, as well as being responsible for work management and working environment, are important parts of your job.

Contact with customers, contractors, and the boards of condominium associations are also examples of areas included in the role. You will work closely with our managers to ensure the delivery of quality management to our customers.

Experience

You have relevant education and experience from similar work. It is an advantage if you have worked in a supervisory position and have industry experience. In the position of team leader, you are required to be computer literate, to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and to have a B driver's license.

Personal Qualities

You are used to independently planning your work, are customer-focused, and have a high level of service ability. Good collaboration skills and the ability to lead and develop employees to succeed in their work.
