Have you recently started your career as a estimator in construction, or do you have a few years of experience? Then this might be the job for you!

Client is a stable and growing earthworks and construction company with extensive experience in the industry. They carry out most types of construction projects for both public and commercial clients. Often, it involves the expansion of water, sewage, and road networks or the foundation of a new building.

The company is part of a larger group with operations in earthworks, construction, and infrastructure.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the Position

In the role of estimator, you are central to the bidding process and contribute to creating solutions that combine profitability and quality.

• Review tender documents and prepare carefully detailed calculations for budgets and bids.

• Lead the process from inquiry to a complete bid proposal.

• Identify risks and propose alternative solutions that meet customer needs.

• Present calculations and results.

We are looking for you who

• Have recently started your career as an estimator or have a few years of experience in estimating & bidding work in construction.

• Have experience with estimating software such as Bidcon and feel comfortable with construction law, such as AMA and MER.

• We would like you to have experience estimating construction projects.

• Hold a B driver's license
