Client is a civil engineering company primarily targeting public clients, executing a wide range of advanced projects, both small and large, on land and in water. Their office is located in Gävle, but they provide projects from Sundsvall to Uppsala, with the greatest focus in Gävle and surrounding areas.

The company is now looking to expand its team with a Survey Technician.

The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

In this role, you will work more administratively than in the field. Your main tasks include:

About the position

• Perform quantity calculations, manage quantity data and quantity regulation within civil engineering contracts, as well as invoice the work.
• Participate in the bidding and calculation phases by producing accurate quantity calculations.
• Work with measurement bases and create machine models for excavators.
• Participate in the startup of new projects where you implement cloud-based services for excavators.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a survey technician / measurement engineer / setter or similar
• Experience working with quantity calculations, managing quantity data, and quantity regulation.
• Is accustomed to working with GNSS and total stations.

• Experience using SBG Geo and/or TopoCad
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
