We are looking for a Game Master who has the flexibility to take sporadic hours during weekdays and weekends. Approx. 8 - 20 hours per week.

As a Game Master, you will have the following responsibilities.

- Meet customers. Introduce customers to the Escape Room concept and the game rules.

- Monitor the technology that controls the games.

- Take care of customers after the game and handle payments.

- Clean up after groups and prepare equipment for the next group.

- Respond to questions or booking inquiries that come via email or phone calls.

Your Qualifications:

- Very high social competence as you will ensure that customers are satisfied with the activity regardless of the results they achieve.

- Stress resilience and the ability to handle time pressure. Sometimes you will need to work at a high pace to keep to the schedule. Therefore, you should be a stress-resistant person who can handle this.

- Good English in spoken and written form is a requirement as we have some English-speaking customers.

About You

- You are a creative person and come up with ideas/suggestions to improve the business.

- You are comfortable in a computer environment and social media. If you also have an interest in writing blog posts, that is a great asset.

- You communicate flawlessly in Swedish, both spoken and written (native language). This is a must as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
