PnF is entering an expansive phase. In 2025, two new constructions will begin, set to be completed in the coming years. At the same time, our existing property portfolio also needs focus, and resources are currently lacking.

We are looking for someone with some work experience/routine but also possesses great curiosity and drive. You may have worked as a property caretaker, technician, or in another branch of the construction/installation industry. With your commitment and business acumen, you contribute to building long-term relationships and collaborations, both internally and with external actors such as designers, contractors, and tenants.

Examples of Responsibilities as an Operations Technician

• Hold operational responsibility for a number of properties and manage the technical administration of these. This includes coordinating authority inspections.
• Assist tenants with resolving their reported issues, either through your own execution or by coordinating the right subcontractor for interventions.
• Conduct inspections/rounds in properties on a regular basis and also monitor technical installations and perform energy follow-up through the overarching control system.
• Administer/manage smaller projects carried out in the properties and prepare any invoicing for these. In case of damage/insurance matters, you coordinate relevant information to the affected parties.
• Maintain daily communication with several of our framework agreement partners to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.

Experience and Qualifications

Requirements

• Work experience in property management, technology, or the construction/installation industry (at least 1-3 years of experience).
• Good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious

• Technical competence in ventilation, plumbing, electrical, control & regulation.
• Experience and education in Bas P/Bas U.
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act).

Piteå Näringsfastigheter is a wholly owned municipal company that has been around since 1964.

Today, we have 18 employees, and our task is to support the business community and employment in Piteå municipality.

We own and manage approximately 180,000 square meters of office and industrial premises distributed across 37 properties for rental to almost all types of businesses.
