Your role
With us, you will have a varied job with a lot of customer contact. We work in a team to ensure good service and a positive customer experience. You will work on a rolling 6-week schedule, with 3 different workplaces, both in groups and individually. Broadly speaking, the work is described as follows:
- Weighing Operator, weighing facility: Weigh incoming & outgoing vehicles and manage these weighings via the weighing program ScanX and the business system D365. Various administrative tasks.
- Waste Control: Assess and classify incoming waste according to instructions and manage these waste controls in our systems. Also be available to support our recycling center for business customers when needed.
- Reception/Front Desk: Handling and administration of access permissions and visits, both internal and external. Greet and direct visitors to the right place. Monitor camera footage from cameras around the company.
We work Monday to Friday, and working hours are distributed between 06:20-16:30 on a rolling 6-week schedule.
To thrive, it is important that you
- Can provide good service to drivers, customers, and visitors, thereby conveying a positive feeling during their visit to Sysav.
- Are good at collaborating in a group but can also take individual responsibility, as tasks are performed both in groups and individually.
- Have a sense of order and a good ability to stay calm and prioritize in stressful situations.
- Have good communication skills.
Important experiences
- A driver's license and good computer skills are required.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Meritorious
- Experience from the service sector or equivalent is considered meritorious.
