Job Responsibilities

As a team coordinator, you will have a varied workday where you are responsible for ensuring that the staff's work flows efficiently. You will ensure that schedules are updated and that everyone knows what they need to do. Additionally, you will handle planning for new projects, assist with problems, and follow up on the work being done.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Review schedules and ensure that all staff know what to do and when.
• Plan and review new projects and routes for the staff.
• Prepare the week's campaigns by packing and organizing materials.
• Assist staff in the field with any issues.
• Approve staff reports and follow up on their work.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of team coordinator, we see that you are a social and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a role where you have many tasks to manage. You are used to collaborating and see yourself as a team player while having good organizational skills and the ability to structure both your own and others' work. We are looking for someone driven to solve problems, takes a proactive approach, and wants to grow in their professional role.

We would like you to:

• Have a positive attitude and contribute to a good work environment.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have good communication skills and can convey information clearly.

Experience in retail, logistics, or coordination is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged, flexible, and enjoy a role where you can take responsibility.
