About the role

As a communications coordinator and graphic designer at the American Gymnasium, you will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence and visual identity. You will drive operational work in social media, graphic design, and brand communication.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The workplace is flexible – you will work both at our schools and from home. The position is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. 

Your responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media and drive digital campaigns.
• Manage and update our website (Elementor).
• Administer email newsletters and communication database.
• Plan and execute events and fairs.
• Coordinate campaigns, implementation, and production.
• Update internal graphic materials and catalog (InDesign)

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education and experience in marketing, communication, design, or equivalent.
• Skills in graphic design and copywriting.
• Excellent ability to write in Swedish and English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in both text and visual materials.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, and InDesign.
• Ability to work independently, drive projects, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
