Job Description

Hedin Automotive is now looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented, and business-driven salesperson for our facility in Södertälje. Here you will have the chance to work with the Ford brand and be part of a team that is passionate about sales, customer relationships, and business.

In the role of car salesperson with us, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to handing over the keys to a satisfied customer. You will sell both passenger cars and commercial vehicles and proactively work to identify and contact potential customers via phone. Follow-ups, customer meetings, and tailored solutions are a central part of your daily routine.

We offer a commission-based pay model where your drive and performance directly affect your compensation. Weekend work may occur as part of the job.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who loves sales and enjoys working in a business-driven environment. You have a strong customer focus and are passionate about creating long-term relationships. With a self-driven attitude, you take initiative, find new business opportunities, and are motivated to meet and exceed your goals. Since proactive sales via phone is a large part of the job, you need to be comfortable actively contacting and engaging customers.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in proactive sales
• A strong business sense and the ability to drive the entire sales process from start to finish
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly meritorious but not a requirement
