Description

We are now looking for a driven and confident procurement officer who wants to help shape the future of Lysekil.

Our current procurement officer is moving on within the municipal group, and we are looking for someone ready to take over the baton.

You will be part of the department for finance and procurement, which is a central part of the municipal executive administration. Here we work with finance, accounting, quality, and procurement issues. We are a close-knit team of 11 employees, of which two work with procurement, and we are led by our finance manager.

Responsibilities

As a procurement officer, you will:

• Be part of the municipality's procurement processes.
• Build relationships with representatives from the municipality and partner municipalities within Northern Bohuslän and Västupp.
• Lead the procurement process and provide valuable support before, during, and after each procurement. Actively participate in the municipality's purchasing process and e-commerce.
• Plan, drive, and execute procurements both independently and in collaboration with operational representatives.
• Be responsible for certain of the municipality's systems for procurement and purchasing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in economics, law, or another relevant higher education, or vocational training focused on public procurement.
• Solid knowledge and several years of experience in public procurement, preferably within municipal operations.
• Good computer skills and excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.

You are engaged, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a service-oriented attitude towards our operations and businesses.
