We are now looking for employees for our "Rotation Program" in Stockholm, targeting those graduating from college/university in spring 2025 with a focus on economics or computer science. The program starts in August 2025.

Your first year:

As a participant in the Rotation Program, you will work alongside our Nordic data analysis team and in one of our local audit groups during your first year. After the first year, you will continue as an auditor full-time, but with specialized knowledge and a network that makes you unique.

During your first year, you will receive training and practical experience in both areas. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our various audit teams have access to analyses based on our clients' data. The work involves contacting clients, validating, processing, and visualizing data to then communicate reports to our audit teams. The role also includes participating in the development of various tools related to our digitalization.

As an audit consultant, you will spend a significant amount of your time with our clients, providing you with valuable insights into a variety of industries. Your task will be to identify and solve complex audit issues, conduct interviews with key personnel to understand financial transaction flows, evaluate internal controls, and provide suggestions for improvements that can enhance their processes. With the increased demands for sustainability reporting, this area will also be a focus within our audits.

Qualifications for the position

• University degree in economics, computer science, or equivalent
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve problems
• An interest in being involved in and developing the future of digital auditing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
