Forklift Operator at ICA's Warehouse in Borlänge

Do you have a forklift license and want to work in a warehouse this summer? This could be the job for you!

As a forklift operator at ICA's warehouse in Borlänge, your main responsibilities will be to operate the forklift and pick goods manually using a voice device that provides instructions on what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work pace, where you will also work in different temperature zones.

The position starts with a two-week introduction beginning in week 19. To be considered for the position, you need to be available for full-time work between May and August. Working hours may vary and can be scheduled for both day and evening shifts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You enjoy physically demanding work
• Understand the importance of following routines for safe work
• Are at least 18 years old
• Read and speak Swedish fluently
• Forklift license A1-4, driving experience is a plus

As a person, you are meticulous, flexible, and responsible. You have a strong work ethic and enjoy working independently as well as with colleagues. In this role, you will work towards high goals and be coached daily in your development, so it is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and strive to achieve good results in your work.

We will request a background check and perform drug testing as part of the process. ICA aims to have smoke-free workplaces. The work environment at ICA's workplaces should be sober and free from drugs, and therefore ICA applies random alcohol and drug tests.
