Warehouse Worker at Förlagssystem

Are you proactive, flexible, and enjoy working in a team? Then the role of warehouse worker at Förlagssystem might be for you.

Förlagssystem is a leading player in the logistics and distribution of books. The job requires accuracy, resilience under stress, and the ability to work at a fast pace. We are looking for employees for all departments in the warehouse, and you may belong to one or more departments. Working hours are primarily between 07:00-16:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend and evening work may occur during the summer if needed. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work at our client Förlagssystem. We offer a fixed-term full-time employment over the summer, with a chance for extension into the fall.

Typical Tasks

• Picking items according to given picking routes using a tablet, scanner, or voice device
• Back-picking and net-picking
• Sorting and packing items
• Handling defective or incorrect products
• Using digital tools in the work process
• Driving forklifts, including loading and unloading trucks (for those who have or will obtain a forklift license)

Qualifications

• Will be studying in Dalarna this fall. (very meritorious)
• Forklift license (very meritorious)
• Driving license B (meritorious)
• Experience in warehouse work and teamwork (meritorious)
• Physical ability - able to walk about 20,000 steps per day and perform heavy lifting
• Flexibility and resilience under stress – tasks may vary throughout the day
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle digital tools and systems
